Sandseal Flooring Services
All floors are first checked for any nails, staples etc that may be protruding above the floor surface. Loose boards are made secure and any repairs needed are done. The first sanding (cut) is done using a grit coarse enough to remove all dirt, scratch marks etc. Sanding then continues until the floor is totally smooth and without blemish. Our professional floor sanding techniques are 95% dust free.
At Sandseal we use Bonakemi or Ronseal floor varnishes as well as using oils and waxes.
From our experience of sanding wooden floors we know that while the vast majority of our clients are happy to go with our recommendations, others may have different ideas about how they would like their floors to be finished. We are happy to use any stains or other products that our clients may wish to use.
